National Bird Day is observed to raise awareness about the protection, conservation, and welfare of birds.
Birds are essential indicators of a healthy environment and play a vital role in maintaining ecological balance.
This day encourages compassion towards birds and discourages illegal bird trade, captivity, and habitat destruction.
