I am writing to request your permission and support for quiz competition in commemoration of International Day of Non-Violence, which falls on Mahatma Gandhi's birthday, October 2nd, 2023.

As we all know, Mahatma Gandhi's teachings and principles of non-violence have had a profound impact on the world, inspiring movements for social justice and peace. To honour his legacy and promote these ideals among our students, we would like to organize a quiz competition, which we believe will not only be educational but also engaging and thought- provoking.

The Quiz Competition is being organized and co-ordinated by The National United Nations Volunteers-India.

Participants: Students of your esteemed institution

The quiz competition will cover various aspects of Mahatma Gandhi's life, his philosophy of non-violence (Ahimsa), etc.. The questions has been designed to encourage critical thinking. promote a deeper understanding of non-violence, and in still a sense of responsibility towards building a peaceful society.

We request you to circulate and promote this event among your students and parents. We will ensure that the quiz adheres to all relevant guidelines and that students participate in a responsible and secure online environment.

We believe that this event will not only commemorate an important day but also foster a sense of unity, empathy, and a commitment to non-violence among our students.
