2025 Theme (World Heart Federation): “Use Heart, Know Heart.”

1..Purpose
To create awareness about heart diseases & risk factors
To encourage healthy lifestyle habits among students
To promote physical activity, balanced diet, and stress management
2..Primary School (Classes 1–5)
🎯 Focus: Fun & Healthy Habits
Red Dress Code: All students wear red (symbol of heart health).
Drawing/Coloring: “Healthy Food for a Healthy Heart.”
Simple Exercise Session: Fun dance, skipping, or Zumba.
Storytelling: Short story about a heart hero who stays healthy by eating fruits & exercising.
Fruit Salad Party: Students bring a fruit and make a class fruit salad together.
3..Middle School (Classes 6–8)
🎯 Focus: Early Awareness & Lifestyle Choices
Poster / Collage: “Save Your Heart – Say No to Junk Food.”
Heart Health Quiz: Questions on exercise, healthy food, and basic heart facts.
Pledge:
> “I will eat healthy, play daily, and keep my heart happy.”
Group Talk: Teachers discuss harmful habits (junk food, soft drinks, screen addiction).
Fitness Challenge: Jump rope contest, 1-minute plank challenge, or walkathon.
4..High School (Classes 9–12)
🎯 Focus: Science & Prevention
Awareness Seminar: Invite a cardiologist to speak about heart diseases in youth.
Debate: “Fast Food Culture – Is It Killing Our Heart?”
Chart Exhibition: Show effects of smoking, obesity, stress on the heart.

Skill Drill: Hands-on training for CPR & first aid for heart attack patients.
Community Outreach: Organize free heart screening camp in nearby locality.

7..Campus-Wide Activities (All Levels)
