1..Purpose
To raise awareness of sign language as a bridge of inclusion
To promote equal rights and accessibility for people who are Deaf
To encourage students to learn basic sign language and respect diversity
2..Primary School (Classes 1–5)
🎯 Focus: Awareness & Inclusion
Morning Assembly Story: Simple tale about a deaf child making friends through signs.
Teach Basic Signs: Hello, Thank You, Sorry, Yes, No (5-min demo session).
Art Activity: Draw hands forming the word “LOVE” in sign language.
Friendship Activity: Students practice greeting each other using basic signs.
Peace Pledge:
> “I will respect everyone, no matter how they speak or hear.”
3..Middle School (Classes 6–8)
🎯 Focus: Communication & Empathy
Poster & Slogan Competition: “Hands Talk Too.”
Short Skit / Role Play: Scene showing a deaf student being included in class.
Video Screening: Play a short video about the life of Helen Keller or a famous deaf personality.
Learn the Alphabet in Sign Language: Teachers can guide students through A–Z signs.
Silent Game Session: Play “Dumb Charades” to show the power of non-verbal communication.
4..High School (Classes 9–12)
🎯 Focus: Leadership & Advocacy
Seminar / Guest Talk: Invite a sign language interpreter or a deaf educator to speak.
Create a Sign Language Club: Encourage weekly practice sessions.
Social Media Campaign: Students create short reels teaching 1–2 signs daily.

6..Nursing / Medical Students
🎯 Focus: Patient Care & Accessibility
