Quit India movement Day August 9

𝗤𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 – August 8

Launched by Mahatma Gandhi in 1942, this movement called for an end to British rule in India. It symbolizes courage, unity, and the people's determination for freedom.

1.Morning 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆 – “India Demands Freedom”

What: Read out the Quit India Movement resolution.

Add: National anthem and slogan chanting: “Do or Die”, “Bharat Chhodo”.

2.𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 – “Voices of Freedom”

Students enact speeches by:

Title: “A Day in 1942”

Scene: Student protests, British police action, mass movement.

5.𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗲 – “Is Today’s Youth as Brave as the 1942 Generation?”

Encourages patriotism and comparison with history.

Famous slogans:
