Builds on previous UN initiatives like the International Year of the Family (1994) and International Day of Families (May 15).

Educational institutions are uniquely positioned to acknowledge and celebrate parents while fostering a culture of respect and gratitude.

Students create handmade cards or write letters expressing gratitude.
Cards can be presented during assemblies or taken home.
2.Parent Appreciation Events:

3.“Parents’ Wall of Fame”:
A display board showcasing students’ notes, drawings, or photos celebrating their parents.
4.Tokens of Appreciation:
