๐Bhagavad Gita dating to around 5000 years ago, is a great treatise on the different Yogas, revealed by Lord Krishna to Arjuna.
๐Rishi Patanjali documented the theory and practice of Yoga through his Yoga Sutras.
๐Yoga is a Sanskrit term which means union. ๐Yoga signifies the union of the Individual soul or Atma with the Supreme Soul or Paramatma.
