  • 1. List Of Children Rights: Children have a right to a living standard, healthcare, education, and good services. A kid has the right to be safeguarded against abuse, exploitation, prejudice, and neglect inside and outside the home. They have a right to play in safe areas, good child-rearing practices, and recognition of children's developing abilities. Children have the right to freedom of choice, freedom of expression, freedom of thought, freedom from fear, freedom from parental control over their bodies, and freedom from oppression. All children's rights include the defence of children's physical integrity.
  • 2. Minors' rights: Minors' rights are impacted by several situations, including child prostitution, child pornography, child sales, and military usage of children. Children are partially under the control of their parents. Children's rights acknowledge the basic rights that all people have, including the right to life, the rule against discrimination, and the right to dignity via the preservation of one's physical and mental integrity (protection against slavery, torture and bad treatments, etc.) Civil and political rights for children include things like the right to an identity, the right to a country, etc. Economic, social, and cultural rights for children include the right to an education, the right to a reasonable standard of living, the right to health, and others. Individual rights for children include the right to live with one's parents, the right to an education, the right to protection, etc. Collective rights for children include those of disabled children, children of immigrants, children from underrepresented groups, and children of refugees.

Constitutional Rights To Children: The following constitutional protections are intended especially for children: Article 21A: Right to free and compulsory elementary education for all children in the 6-14 year age group Article 24: Right to be protected from any hazardous employment till the age of 14 years Article 39 (e): Right to be protected from being abused and forced by economic necessity to enter occupations unsuited to their age or strength Article 39 (f): Right to equal opportunities and facilities to develop in a healthy manner and in conditions of freedom and dignity and guaranteed protection of childhood and youth against exploitation and against moral and material abandonment Article 45: Right to early childhood care and education for all children until they complete the age of six years
  • In addition, children in India enjoy the same rights as adults, whether they are male or female: Article 14: Right to equality Article 15: Right against discrimination Article 21: Right to personal liberty and due process of law Article 23: Right to being protected from being trafficked and forced into bonded labour Article 29: Right of minorities to the protection of their interests Article 46: Right of weaker sections of the people to be protected from social injustice and all forms of exploitation Article 47: Right to nutrition and standard of living and improved public health
